FESTIVAL NÓMADE. UN FESTIVAL PARA UN TERRITORIO

JÚLIA

Júlia’s restlessness for new forms, sounds and experimentations, advances steadily, with the certainty of creating her own personal identity, as well as handcrafted, unique pieces of goldsmithing.

At the beginning of 2021 they presented C A S A, an album in which they opened the doors of their origins and where they built all their sonority through domestic instruments. Now, they revisit C A S A in the form of C O V A. A journey with two seasons in which Magia Bruta, Miqui Puig, Desert, Dj Coco and Caçacervols, display all their talent and give us their own versions of the house of Júlia. C O V A is the night, with a sky of three, ante meridiem, solar eclipse glasses, comes a tunnel, technomistic between Black is black and Daft Punk. Pull down the shade, do not subtitle Gillian Anderson, close your eyes, fade to black effect. C for shut up and dance.

C A S A has ceased to be a record. All its forms and structures have disappeared to give way to a diaphanous, primitive and lively creative space. A non-place where the Júlia’s have hosted artists whom they deeply admire. Magia Bruta, Miqui Puig, Desert, Dj Coco and Caçacérvols have given us the coolest and darkest paradise you can imagine.
